SHIPPING FOR STOCK DESIGNS
- We ship to Singapore and selected international destinations.
- Customers bear all re-shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- You will receive an email once your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and subject to stock availability.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
Singapore Local Delivery
- For Singapore addresses only.
- Exclusions: We do not deliver to PO Boxes or restricted areas (e.g., army camps, airports, offshore islands). Such orders may be cancelled and refunded.
- Tracking number: Yes
- Lead Time: 2–3 working days.
- Shipping fee: $5. Free shipping for orders above $75.
International Shipping
- All international orders are sent via SingPost International Registered Mail. Tracking number will be provided.
- Free registered mail for international orders above $150.
- Due to the tariff situation, shipping to the United States is not available.

Asia & Pacific (excl. Australia, Japan & NZ) - $11
Rest of World (incl. Australia, Japan, NZ, America, Europe) - $13

Orders & Personalization
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders at our discretion.
- Products are available while stocks last. If an item is unavailable, you may choose to wait for a restock or receive a refund.
- Custom Orders: Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all text and images. We are not liable for replacement costs resulting from customer errors.
Inaccuracy Disclaimer
- We reserve the right to correct typographical errors or inaccuracies regarding descriptions, pricing, and availability without prior notice.
- Actual product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photographic lighting.
Price & Payment
- All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). There is no GST/VAT.
- Prices exclude postage, which is calculated at checkout based on your selected service.
- Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store credit card data.
- Orders will only be processed upon successful payment verification.
Replacement Policy

All items are inspected before shipment. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, name, address, and photos of the defect.
- Replacements are only considered for physically damaged or incorrectly packed items. We do not offer exchanges for different products.
- Customers bear the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using registered mail, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
- Replacements are issued on a one-for-one basis once the original item is returned in its original condition.
- If the item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued.
- All Singapore replacements will be sent to customers via SingPost Ordinary Mail service only.
