Order process

How to order

  1.        Select the size and printing sides of your cushion pillow
  2.        Upload your photo. Important! Please refer to photo guidelines below for better print results.
  3.        You can upload additional photos (optional) as alternatives in case the first photo is not suitable to be made into a cushion pillow.
  4.        Add to cart. If you want to make more than 1 cushion pillow, repeat the process again.
  5.        Check out and make payment to confirm your order.
  6.        We will email you the artwork for your approval within 2 working days.
  7.        We will start production once you have approved the artwork.
  8.        Wait for your cushion pillow to arrive!

Photo Guidelines

We will advise you whether your uploaded photos are suitable but here are some tips to help you get started!

✔️ High resolution photo = Better quality prints

✔️ Upload original full sized version of photo (>1.5mb)

✔️ 1 pet per photo / pillow

✔️ Ensure photo is not blurry.

✔️ Photo is taken in good lighting and is not too dark or bright.

✔️ Photo is shows the full body and face of your pet clearly.

❌ Do not use photos downloaded from social media (eg. facebook / instagram) / whatsapp as these photos have lower resolution.

❌ Avoid the common issues below.
